📦 Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (caused by the customer)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personal care or hygiene products if the seal has been opened


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are only provided through bank transfer or mobile wallet.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Shopedea will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
